Transport schedule

Here you will find a bus departure schedule for those of you who have booked transport. This schedule is printed and available in the info center (entrance) where you can add your return departure if you haven’t already booked. The seats in available buses are highlighted in green, just ask our staff to look at the schedule and fill with your details. 

Please note that departure times are fixed and also the place for departure (hotel or arena). For those of you who have morning departures, buses will depart from the hotel, rest from IFU arena (main entrance). Buses will depart on given departure times, we won’t wait for you to arrive so please be on time to avoid any issues. If you miss your departure by being late you’ll have to sort your own transport out to the airport.

 Official point of arrival is Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) from where transport will be provided. 

Transport from and to Arlanda will take place with chartered buses for Victor Swedish Opens participants.
The buses are available for transport from Arlanda from Monday the 17th to Thursday the 20th of January from 10:00 to 20:00.
Transport will only be guaranteed during these hours.

Transportation request is registered nationally no later than January 6 2022.

We have now closed pre booking of transportation!

The buses are available for transport to Arlanda on Saturday 22 January from 10:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 23 January from kl. 10:00 to 16:00. Outside these hours, transport arrangements can’t be guaranteed by
the tournament organizer and has to be arranged individually.
